You need to design your staircase using our StairBuilder©, this is a step by step design process which will take you through 2D design, choice of materials and styles and then through to payment and delivery details. If you are looking to buy a loft / space saver staircase then use our Loft StairBuilder©.

If you are struggling with any part of the design process we can talk through it with you on the phone, or simply take your order over the phone.

All dimensions provided by our StairBuilder© are 100% accurate, however we advise you to allow 5mm-10mm all around the staircase for fitting purposes.

Although all of our staircases are prioritized by order if you have special requirements for delivery please call us!

All staircases designed using StairBuilder© comply to UK Building Regulations (Document K) for DOMESTIC purposes, please call us to discuss commercial staircases.

When you order your staircase 'assembled' we assemble the main section(s) of the staircase. We dry fit all winder treads and newel posts in our shop and these are sent loose with your handrail and spindles for fitting on site. Winders and newel posts are sent loose!

Everything is pre-cut and dry fitted in our shop, and sent to you with all of the glue, wedges, blocks, screws and a plan drawing for you to build your staircase on site. We recommend you to order your stairs 'assembled' where possible as site assembly can be time consuming.

To ensure your staircase arrives on time and in excellent condition we use our own drivers & vehicles. If you are ordering from our stair parts collection items will be well packed and delivered using a courier firm.

All stairs are finished pre-sanded, ready for you to apply stain, paint or varnish.

Collection is welcome from us (simply choose 'own collection' when ordering), we'll give you a call as soon as your staircase is ready.


We do not offer a fitting service, we only manufacture - fitting is a straight forward job for any good joiner. You are sure to find a joiner in the trade section of your local paper.
