Just a brief note to say big thank you for your help and assistance in our recent staircase order. The whole process was so simple and your expertise and advice was great.

The price quoted was half of what we had been quoted by a local staircase manufacturer and installation was completed within 2 hours with no problems. The staircase looks great and our builders have said how good it is for the price paid. There was a slight hiccup with delivery but this was a minor issue compared to the exceptional quality of the staircase.

Your delivery driver was really helpful, friendly and delivered to us first thing in the morning even though he had had to spend the previous night in the worst hotel in our area! We told him not to believe whoever it was who makes the hotel bookings anymore and to make his own bookings in future!

We have many contacts in the building industry and will definitely recommend you to others.
