Hi Alex,
You may remember I came to you for a complex stair some 2/3 yrs ago for my Daughters house conversion down in Chartridge, Buckinghamshire
I was down with her again last month and she is having more alterations and for these you have just delivered another set of stairs for her garage conversion. I am not involved in these and was pleased that she had come back to you for the second set.
You have a very good product – the first set are working well with no creaks or movement.
