CNC Operative
Salary from £21,525 (dependant on experience)
Plus ability to earn £200-£300 each month in bonuses
CNC Operative
We are a fast-growing staircase manufacturer with a fantastic opportunity available to join our team.
The role will include:
- Loading raw material onto the CNC machine
- Loading preset programs from a worksheet
- Applying barcode labels to machined components
- Unloading finished products from the machine
- Manual handling
- Replacing cutters periodically to ensure good quality production
- Meeting production and quality targets
- Operating within a fast-paced, efficient environment
- Working safely - maintaining a high level of health and safetystandards and keeping a tidy work area
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Attention to detail
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Interest in working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Basic IT skills

Key information:
- This role will be based on a 44.5 hour week: Monday - Friday, 7am - 4:30pm (4pm on Friday)
- All applicants will be subject to drug and alcohol testing
- All applicants will be required to attend an induction whichincludes manual handling training
- All applicants will need to take a lateral flow test the day beforetheir induction
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
